|Elaboration process:||Produced with wine vinegars from A.O. Montilla-Moriles, ecologic grape juice from Pedro Ximénez grapes and ecologic wines also from Pedro Ximénez variety. Once the perfect combination is obtained, the result is stored in Pedro Ximénez soaked butts for a minimum period of 24 months, where the final product is rounded off and it gains its personal touches that make it unique. Then, it matures in wood.|
|Tasting Notes:||Sweet, very aromatic, full bodied and with touches of raisins. The grape juices give it its flavours, sweetness and creaminess and from Pedro Ximénez wines it obtains its unique aromas.|
