Entrecaminos was born from the dream of the Escalera Álvarez family, a young family-owned company with deep roots and extensive experience in olive growing. Their philosophy is built on two fundamental pillars: respect and tradition. The project is firmly committed to environmental protection and biodiversity. Across more than 90 hectares of organically certified olive groves, Entrecaminos encourages the natural coexistence of local flora and fauna while avoiding the use of chemical products. The olive groves are located in La Roda de Andalucía, in the renowned Estepa region, one of Spain’s most prestigious olive oil-producing areas. This region benefits from a privileged microclimate, fertile soils and ideal altitude, creating optimal conditions for producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Entrecaminos focuses exclusively on the Hojiblanca olive variety, harvested early to ensure maximum freshness, aromatic intensity and nutritional value.
