Condado de Martiniega
Condado de Martiniega is a family-owned premium extra virgin olive oil brand from Corella, Navarra. Since 1998, they have been producing early-harvest EVOO with full traceability, environmental respect and a strong commitment to quality and sustainability.
Origin, territory and expertise
Condado de Martiniega is a family project with more than two decades of experience, located in southern Navarra, in a unique enclave between the Bardenas Reales Biosphere Reserve and the Moncayo Natural Park. Since 1998, the Jiménez family has been a pioneer in olive cultivation in this northern region, focusing on Arbequina and other varieties adapted to high-density systems.
The extreme Mediterranean-continental climate, clay and stony soils, and the influence of the Cierzo wind give their oils a distinctive sensory profile. Pure spring water from Martiniega, naturally filtered through the limestone layers of the Moncayo, is used exclusively to irrigate the olive groves.
Early harvesting, mechanical collection and cold extraction using purely mechanical processes preserve the freshness, aromas and organoleptic qualities of the olives.

Quality, sustainability and commitment
All Condado de Martiniega oils are top-quality EVOOs, with very strict parameters (acidity below 0.2%), high polyphenol content and balanced, elegant profiles suitable for both raw consumption and cooking.
The brand maintains a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, applying precision agriculture, renewable energy, optimized irrigation, plant cover and reuse of pruning residues. Sustainable packaging such as glass and recycled R-PET is also used.
Condado de Martiniega integrates social responsibility into its daily activity by collaborating with local organizations that promote labor inclusion. Choosing Condado de Martiniega means choosing an olive oil with identity, origin, values and a future-oriented vision.
