The key to outstanding quality lies in the early harvest: Harvesting begins as early as the "envero" – the olive's coloring phase. This produces a particularly fresh oil with maximum nutritional content. In the estate's own oil mill, centrally located on the estate, the olives are immediately cold-pressed – for full flavors, the best nutrients, and complete control over the production process.
FincaDuernas consistently relies on organic farming with complete traceability: From harvest to bottling, origin, batches, and processes can be traced back to each tree. The oil meets the highest standards and bears the SIQEV (International Extra Virgin Quality Certificate), a recognized quality seal for extra virgin oils.
