Casas de Hualdo Arbequina & Picual & Cornicabra & Manzanilla Pack 4x500ml is a selection of high-quality extra virgin olive oils produced by Casas de Hualdo, bringing together four emblematic varieties: Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra and Manzanilla.
This pack allows you to discover a wide diversity of sensory profiles, offering a complete and comparative experience within the world of EVOO.
The Picual variety presents a medium-high green fruitiness, with notes of fresh grass, olive leaf and tomato, accompanied by a well-defined bitterness and pungency.
The Arbequina variety offers a smoother profile, with a medium fruitiness with a tendency towards ripe notes, with aromas of banana, apple and almond, with very low bitterness and pungency.
The Cornicabra variety provides a more intense and structured profile, with a medium green fruitiness, with notes of grass, green leaf and light hints of nuts, with a more persistent bitterness and pungency.
The Manzanilla variety offers a fresh and aromatic profile, with a medium fruitiness, with notes of grass, green tomato and herbal hints, with balanced bitterness and pungency.
All four oils are produced through cold extraction, guaranteeing the preservation of their natural properties, freshness and quality.
This pack is ideal both for tasting and as a gift, allowing you to compare varieties and choose the right oil for each type of dish.
Ideal for: tasting, gifting, salads, toast, meats, fish and Mediterranean cuisine.
