    Organic Peña Luna Hojiblanca EVOO

    Peña Luna Hojiblanca comes from organic olive groves in Osuna, Pedrera, La Puebla and Antequera, cultivated following regenerative agriculture practices and a strong commitment to sustainability.

    Using Peña Luna’s mobile ecological mill, olives are cold-pressed within one hour of harvest, preserving freshness and minimizing oxidation.

    The Hojiblanca variety is known for its green fruitiness, herbal aromas and excellent balance between sweetness, bitterness and spiciness.

    Tasting Notes & Pairings

    Aromas of fresh grass, green almond, apple, olive leaf and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced, with a sweet entry, medium bitterness and a pleasant final spiciness.

    Ideal for salads, grilled vegetables, white fish, poultry, artisan bread and Mediterranean recipes. Best enjoyed raw for maximum flavour.
