The "Reserva Familiar" is the flagship product of Dominus, a brand of MONVA, S.L. from Mancha Real (Jaén). It is an extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Picual olives from our own harvest ("Cosecha propia"). The quality is guaranteed by the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) Sierra Mágina. This gem is presented in a distinctive, dark 500 ml glass bottle, whose shape is reminiscent of a modern amphora and perfectly protects the oil from light.
This oil perfectly showcases the characteristic features of the Picual variety. On the nose, it unfolds an intense and fresh fruity aroma, characterized by notes of freshly cut grass. In the mouth, it has a soft and smooth attack, transitioning into a light and very balanced bitterness and a spicy finish. Its appearance is clean, shiny, and golden yellow with green reflections.
