    Deortegas Cornicabra is an organic extra virgin olive oil produced from sustainably managed family groves. Cold extraction preserves the intense character and natural antioxidants of this powerful variety.

    It offers medium–high green fruitiness with notes of fresh grass, olive leaf, green almond, apple and subtle spicy tones. On the palate it is strong and persistent, with pronounced bitterness, vibrant spiciness and a long, structured finish.

    Perfect for red meats, aged cheeses, grilled vegetables, stews, hummus, artisan bread and Mediterranean cuisine that benefits from a robust EVOO.
