Pago de Valdecuevas
Pago de Valdecuevas is a family-run oil mill based in the Valladolid region (Castile and León) that specializes in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil . Although the winery is part of the group, the focus is clearly on olive oil – and with remarkable consistency and quality.
An olive grove in the heart of Castile
The olive trees of Valdecuevas grow at an altitude of over 600 meters in a unique microclimate. Continental temperature fluctuations , the barren soils, and careful care of the trees result in exceptionally balanced and aromatic oils. Single-varietal Arbequina olive oils are produced here, known for their fruitiness and elegance.
Technology & tradition in perfect harmony
Pago de Valdecuevas combines modern extraction technology with traditional values. The harvest is carried out early and carefully, mostly by hand or using vibration systems to preserve the quality of the olives. Within hours, the olives are brought to the mill, where they are cold-pressed at low temperatures – for maximum freshness and preservation of the aromas.
Premium olive oil with international renown
Valdecuevas olive oils have received numerous national and international awards. They impress with their clear, varietal aromas , high stability, and a rounded mouthfeel – both in the restaurant industry and with discerning consumers. The stylish bottle shape and minimalist label design underscore the brand's modern, high-quality image.
One producer, one passion: olive oil
Although Pago de Valdecuevas, with its parent company, is firmly rooted in the wine industry, the focus of this project is olive oil . From cultivation and harvesting to bottling and marketing, everything is designed for the highest quality and purity.
