This Native Olive Oil Extra is the "Reserva Familiar" of the family Teycheney Cuadrat, made in the heart of L'Albagés and certified by the prestigious Protected designation of origin (DOP) Les Garrigues. The Arbequina-olive harvested at the end of October / November, when it has a yellow-violet color. The immediate Cold extraction and storage in stainless steel containers under nitrogen atmosphere guarantee the preservation of all the flavors.
