Picualia Premium Royal 500ml is an extra virgin olive oil made from olives of the Royal variety, one of the most exclusive and least common in the province of Jaén.
This native variety stands out for its delicate and elegant profile, offering a unique alternative within the EVOO world, especially valued by lovers of smooth oils with character.
On the nose, it presents a medium fruitiness, with aromas of ripe fruit, banana, apple and light floral and herbal nuances.
On the palate, it is smooth, harmonious and slightly sweet, with a very balanced bitterness and pungency, resulting in a round, pleasant and easy-to-enjoy oil.
The production process through cold extraction a few hours after harvesting allows preserving all its freshness, quality and natural properties.
