For this limited edition, only olives from the first day of harvest are used – this guarantees maximum freshness and a high polyphenol content . The early harvest gives the oil a particularly fruity, vibrant aroma and a bright green color – an expression of purity and quality.
The oil is a blend of six traditional olive varieties from the Valencia region: Manzanilla Villalonga, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Alfafarenca, Genovesa, and Arbequina. The result is an aromatic profile with notes of green almond, banana, apple, and fresh herbs . On the palate, it's elegant, balanced, and intensely fruity – typical of an early harvest.
