Rock'n R'Olive Arbequina 500ml is an extra virgin olive oil produced by Casas de Hualdo, one of the most renowned producers in Spain, made from 100% Arbequina olives.
This monovarietal EVOO stands out for its smooth, sweet and delicate profile, making it an ideal choice both for those new to the world of olive oil and for those seeking a balanced and easy-to-enjoy oil.
On the nose, it presents a medium fruitiness with dominant ripe fruit aromas such as banana, apple and pear, accompanied by light almond notes and subtle vegetal nuances.
On the palate, it is fluid, smooth and harmonious, with very light bitterness and a subtle pungency, where the sweet and fruity notes typical of the Arbequina variety stand out.
The oil is obtained through cold extraction within a few hours after harvesting, allowing it to preserve its properties, freshness and quality.
