    Dominus Acebuche is a rare and limited-production extra virgin olive oil obtained from wild olive trees. This ancestral olive variety produces an oil of remarkable intensity, aromatic complexity and outstanding nutritional value.

    On the nose it displays intense green fruitiness with aromas of fresh grass, tomato plant, wild herbs, artichoke and Mediterranean vegetation. On the palate it is powerful, with pronounced bitterness, high spiciness and a long, elegant finish, reflecting its high polyphenol content.

    Dominus Acebuche is best enjoyed raw and in fine dining applications: perfect for finishing dishes, carpaccios, premium meats, aged cheeses, roasted vegetables or simply with bread. A truly unique EVOO for adventurous palates.
