"Estepa Virgen" is an expert selection that all combines olive varieties grown in the Estepa region: Hojiblanca, Picual, Manzanilla, Arbequina and even a little Lechín. This careful mix captures the essence of the terroir and results in exceptionally complex and rich native olive oil extra.
The olives for this oil very early harvested, exclusively in October and November. This time, known as "Envero" when the olive changes its color from green to violet, is crucial. The result is an excellent oil of intense green color and maximum aromatic concentration that carries the freshness of the field.
