The Fleur de sel obtained in the traditional way is something very special. It comes from the primordial sea in northern Spain, enclosed in the mountains of the Pyrenees and has a very high mineral content. Mined on a traditional salt works 400 meters above sea level.
This is a blend of grain peppers, black, white, green, rose and Jamaica pepper. It looks especially atractive in transparent pepper grinders and its flavor is nicely balanced as it is less strong and more fruity than the black or white peppers.
