Cornicabra olives are the native variety of the Denomination of Origin Montes de Toledo. Made with olives grown at high altitude in hard and rough soils, it gives a high quality olive oil with a high amount of polyphenols and antioxidants.
The Arróniz variety, native to the middle zone of Navarra, is characterized by the large number of plant antioxidants that provide a long life to the oil.
For years, this family business has been dedicated to their olive grove with the goal of creating uniquely flavoured oils. La Maja Arbosana is one of them.
