With a lot of expertise and experience, grown in a traditional way, Mueloliva's olives ripen in Priego de Córdoba. They are nurtured and cared for, always with consideration for the environment, until they have reached the desired stage of maturity. Then the olive growers of Mueloliva pick the still green fruits from the tree and transport them directly to the oil mill. Packed with wholesome ingredients and delicious flavors, the healthy fruits are processed immediately.

Detours and long waiting times are avoided as far as possible, so that the picked olives have no opportunity to oxidize. The technology in the modern oil mill is state-of-the-art. Machines are used to check, test and measure, but the eagle eyes of trained specialists also monitor every work step. Once the leaves and small twigs have been removed from the olives, the olive oil pulp is produced in the Almazarra de Mueloliva, from which the pure, green olive juice is finally cold-pressed.
