In the Flos Olei Guide 2024 , one of the most renowned tests for olive oils among experts, three olive oils from Spain made it into the top list with 100 points. These three intense oils are hardly more different, and all three have their rightful place as the best olive oils in the 2024 Hall of Fame.

Cornicabra olives are the native variety of the Denomination of Origin Montes de Toledo. Made with olives grown at high altitude in hard and rough soils, it gives a high quality olive oil with a high amount of polyphenols and antioxidants. 

Following artisan’s methods, this oak-smoked Arbequino is the first and only oil to be infused from cold, the best way of guaranteeing that the smoked taste permeates the food. 

This is not actually a pepper, but rather the rose berries from a South-American tree. It´s very difficult to come across it outside of its countries of origin. Its flavour is a little bit resinous and it can be added to almost every dish, more for its colour than for its flavour.

An extra virgin olive oil with character, its itchiness and bitterness predominate. Coupage of picual and arbequina with a greater presence of the picual variety. An oil for daily use especially recommended for lovers of more intense olive oils.
