|Elaboration process:||Our team of expert oenologists make the best possible selection of sweet Pedro Ximénez grapes. These are subjected to a drying process, spreading them out on the sun. Afterwards, it follows the process of acidification, maturation and a careful ageing in American oak barrels during a period of 5 years. It is used the process of “Criaderas and Soleras”.|
|Tasting Notes:||Intense nose. Balsamic touches of old wood, toasted dried fruits, caramel, raisins and chocolate. Very fresh and delicate. Excellent in mouth with an intense taste. An explosion of net flavours on the palate that ratifies the sensations on the nose.|
|Advice||Highly recommended for salads dressing, seafood, fish, sauces and grilled poultry and other meats.|
